Snare was a large male gnawer with a mud-gray pelt, and one of King Gorger's former generals. He was the mate of Goldshard and the father of Pearlpelt, whom Snare planned to use to futher his own power. Goldshard saw this and attempted to protect her pup from Snare's influence by engaging Snare in a brutal fight, which resulted in the death of both Snare and Goldshard.
